I could use some advice on how to put together a intermediate/low advanced Cathe rotation. I also posted this on ask Cathe. I have a pretty decent amount of Cathe videos, but always struggle to put a rotaion together. I have taken a look at the rotations that have been listed on the website, but I do have to say that they seem a bit advanced for me. I love Cathe and her workouts. They kick my butt and make me feel like I really worked, but w/that said I do have a hard time getting thorugh some of her more advance workouts like IMAX, IMAX 2, advanced hi/low. I love BM2, but I usually only do the cardio/weights pre-mix which I love. Anyway before I babble on too much, does anyone have some advice for me?
