Interesting workout

I was doing KPC and my 4 year old was sitting on the couch watching and then all of a sudden he yells "SPIDER"!!! and I looked up and there was this HUGE hairy black spider right over my head!!! as you can tell I ran up to get the spider spray and forgot to pause the DVD so it was playing while I was killing a spider!
Yuck! I was sharing my workout with a SPIDER! LOL

LOL I should have, got my hubby with the roundhouse last week though! he thought he could win me but I have been using KPC more and learning more moves so now our wrestling gets more intense LOL

Eww! I am terrified of bugs! Especially ones that fly! It's okay that you didn't pause the DVD- you still burned calories jetting upstairs lol!
