Thanks for that article Elaine. With my work schedule, off at 3 in the afternoon, I can time my p.m. snack right before my w/o and then I have dinner not long after so this timing is perfect for me.

I have a sports nutrition book written by the article's author, Nancy Clark. It's titled "Sports Nutrition Guidebook". Very informative and down-to-earth.
