Cathe,
I have been exercising for a long time but have not moved much past the beginner level. I preordered the complete Hardcore series but was sick most of last winter/spring, which resulted in a broken rib. I also have significantly weak shoulders and I gained an extra 10lbs due to inactivity (on top of the extra 15 after my children).
I am currently doing Kathy Smith's Project: You to build back some kind of base and hope to do a Hardcore rotation after. But I need to start slow. The only other videos I have besides the Hardcore set is MIS and ME on VHS. The only video I have done of yours at this point is Stretch Max.
I'm looking for a Hardcore rotation (~12 wks) that starts at the beginner level and works up. Currently I'm doing 30min of cardio+ 30 min lower body/abs 2 days a week 30 min of cardio+30 min upper body/abs 2 days a week and 2 60 min yoga classes a week. I also do extra stretching or shorter yoga on cardio/weight days. I can handle 4 60 min sessions of cardio and/or weights and 2 60 min sessions of yoga per week, though I can try something different. I also have a gym membership, with access to cardio and weight machines and a variety of classes. I'm hoping to lose 20lbs but my eating is nowhere near clean, so I will need to get that under control.
Thanks
