Interchangeable workout list...please take on this task

Could someone please devise a list of all the Cathe workouts by same "type" or category so that someone who doesn't have all the DVDs could pick another to sub in a given rotation?? For example, I'd like to be able to look at a particular rotation and easily know which workout to sub for one that she lists, but I don't have. If she lists MuscleMax (which i don't have yet), would that be comparable to ME, Supersets,PP, all 3 or none?

I know there are sooo many, so it doesn't even have to go ALL the way back, could be more recent...whatever you'd be willing to do.

This would be a great reference for both old & especially new Cathe enthusiasts to have. It could also help determine which ones I need to get.

I would be soooo grateful (as I am sure others would be too)!!!

Take a look at the " Ultimate Guide to Cathe's Workouts" which is the first topic on this forum.. It really gives you a good idea about all the workouts, type, difficulty etc.

when was the last time this was updated? I belive we have been here so many times, it's getting a little bit old.;(
 
The list was posted on October 8, 2004, by a forum member. She took it upon herself to gather the information and process it. It includes all of Cathe's workouts through the High Step Series. The Hardcores have only been out less than a month and users are still getting a feel for them. I think she (Dutchgirl) did a great job putting this list together and commend her for it.

If you want to know what can be interchanged for what, it would probably by best to state what rotation you are doing, what is posted for that day (that you don't have the workout for) and list what workouts you do have.
