Hello Everybody

My Intensity Series is VHS format instead of DVD. Would it be beneficial for me to purchase this series on DVD for the premixes?
The workouts I reach for most often in this serices are PUB & PLB and Imax2.

I got the Intensity Series a few Christmases ago on VHS and definitely plan to get the DVD's so I can do the premixes. I doubt if I'll ever part with my tapes, though. :)

I am not familiar with the premixes on these yet. I just bought them. I just couldn't resist chiming in with how much I am enjoying this series!:) Cathe and the crew seem to be having a great time in this series and in the Body Blast series, and that makes it all the more fun to do.:)

I am already considering buying the Terminator and the Timesaver dvds, just to have even more options with these. I do understand your want for more.:)

All of my Cathe is on DVD, the premixes make it more worthy cause you get that many extra workouts. For SB, I was only doing the step premix in the beginning until I was able to do the whole thing with the Challenge. Without that premix, I problably would've given away the DVD.

yes - IMHO - the Intensity Series - espcially on DVD is her best.

The pre-mixes are great because they combine workouts. The Muscle Endurance Bootcamp pre-mix is one of my favorite pre-mixes of that series.
