I am in need of some advice. I am about to start a month of using Intensity Series workouts (bought and traded them - got them back!). I had terrific results from 5 weeks of Pure Strength in October/November. I had illness for a couple weeks in December and then got back on track for the last weeks of the month. I would like to continue the great definition I gotten from PS and of course, would like to blast off the 5 pounds gained during the holidays .
I am 43 and don't think I could do all these tough workouts back to back. Would the Intensity Series accomplish my goals??
