I would like to ask how to get the upper body strengh to perform the exercises on the stability ball in the pyramid upper body video.
My upper body strengh has always been on the low end. I wonder if I can develop the strengh needed.
I love this series!

Hi, Teresa:

I would work up to the ball gradually; do the exercises on the floor till you feel strong enough to attempt the ball. Also, maybe do an extra set once or twice a week of planks on the floor to build up the stabilizers that can be weak even when your core is strong enough.
