Intensity Series Results

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to share some updated photos. I am very happy with the results I have seen in my body (especially my core) since doing Cathe's Intensity series.

I am anxiously awaiting the Body Blast Series.

My 13 year old daughter took these pics.. Hopefully the correct webpage comes up.

Oh my gosh! You look awesome! Look at those abs! Were you that defined prior to doing the Intensities? Please share what your rotation or typical workout has been. You look just great! Not just your abs but all of you! (I've just been real focused on my abs lately...inquiring minds want to know!) :7

Hi I can't seem to get to the pictures but will try later they are backing up it is the midle of the night I owuld Love to know by everyones comments what else you do for exercise or how you eat

Here! Here! I second the motion for your rotation details. Your abs are amazing. You should be very proud of your accomplishment.

And not only are you buff, but you are color coordinated (w/stability ball), cute outfit!

Great pictures. Escpecially, your form on that inverted pike. My mirror is kind of small put I don't think my form is that good-yet!

You are my new hero! :D How long did it take you to see those teriffic ab muscles? Great pix of the inverted pike too! I'm jealous. LOL
Do you still run? I think of you when I jog on my treadmill. I still have your walk/run schedule posted where I can see it. :D

Hello Ladies,

Thank you for all the kind words. I just wanted to answer some of your questions.

I started using the Intensity Series in Feb of 2003. I had some definition before starting this series, but nothing like I do now. I am very happy with the improved strength and appearance in my core region. Abs and lower back. I have also noticed a tighter behind and a little less saddle bag area.

My rotations changed from month to month. One month I would focus more on PUB, and PLB and try to get in either a Boot Camp or The Gauntlet. Some months I would do ME twice a week and Cardio and Weights. Most of my cardio is running, but I did fall in love with IMAX2. It is just soo upbeat and fun. I do quite a bit of running. Anywhere from 25-35 miles per week. I love to run. In the summer months I did do a little bit of swimming and some bike riding. I am currently doing Cathe's Sept rotation. I do subtitute some of the cardio's she suggests with running. For example, instead of MIC week 1 I did a 7 mile run.

I really just enjoy fitness and this series has made me feel soo much stronger. I don't think I have ever felt quite this fit.

I am not the cleanest eater, but maybe one day.

Beverly, I was just wondering if you have genetically great shoulders or have you focused in on them, what kinds of weights are you using, any extra shoulder work??? Great pictures.

Hi Briee,

No, I do not do anything extra for shoulders. What ever Cathe tells me to do in the video.. ;)

I do seem to be able to lift pretty heavy for shoulders. Maybe some genetics in there.


Are you having a boy or a girl? I have a son named Kyle that was born on Dec 15, he was born in 1992. My early x-mas present that year.. He was not suppose to be born till Feb.

I am assuming you are pregnant because you had due Dec 17. I hope you are or I will feel really stupid.

I just wanted to say I could not do the PUB ab section all the way through till July.. I remember the first time I made it through all those pikes. I was soooo SORE, for about 3 days!! x(

Do you still run?
