Yes, I know of Seoul Foreign School. One of my daughter's gymnastic teammates went to SFS. We enjoyed Korea very much, especially the children.
Speaking of Cathe going global, I found Cathe in 1994 while stationed in Germany. We were at a MUNSS sight and there wasn't any type of aerobic classes. I was already hooked on exercise videos then. I had also found Collage about a year before I ordered my first Cathe workout. AFter Mega Step Blast, I was HOOKED!! I've been working out w/her ever since. :7

Wow! What a small world! Wish we'd get stationed in Korea so I could send my kids to SFS. But we're in SC and I get to work at the Firm so I guess its not all bad! The Air Force has actually been really good to us.
I'm with you on the Cathe addiction. I'm doing quite a bit of Firm now but there's always room for a couple of CAthe's sprinkled thruout my week. I'll never give that up! Can't wait for hte new series!
