Insults Around the World

My husband (who seldom watches me work out in the morning) was riveted the other day when I was doing "insoles around the world." I asked him why later, and he said he always thought Cathe was telling me to do INSULTS around the world, and he thought it the oddest expression for a step aerobics move he had ever heard, so he wanted to see what it looked like. I just cracked up!
 
Hmm...let's see, that could be "crétin!" , "salopard!, "estúpido!", "coño!", "schwein!" (those are all the languages I know!)
 
That reminds me of the cutest post many months ago on the Video Discussion forum from a poor hapless Cathe-ite who asked (I think this is the title of the thread), "What the heck are 'snowball heels'?"

When I first did Step Blast, I had to stop to see how to "Starbucks Over". Maybe I was just needing an extra mug that day...

That's hilarious!! I remember the first time my dh questioned a move, it is in Boot camp and Cathe was saying "kind of like a one legged squat" (those side to side lunges), and dh said "kind of like a one legged slut???"
