<---tells Shelley you probably would not like her lunch but it really hit the spot for her
<---resorted to a comfort food that her momma used to make when she was a kid--shredded chicken sandwiches. Consists of shredded chicken that you mix into cream of celery soup and evaporated milk (she used all lf/nf soups and milk), along with some bread crumbs. I had a sandwich on a whole grain roll and it was delish.
<---was too full to eat veggies so will eat those for a snack later
<---has also had 6 or 8 glasses of water today, and 2 cups of coffee
<---says oh, she also had 1/2 of a brownie that she bought over the weekend
<---also does not understand the concept of too many desserts
