First of all, I am only assuming that a plyo mat would be helpful. I get my Insanity tomorrow and from the clips, it looks like some of the workouts don't even use them, some I can't tell for sure. I don't want something that will get in the way but then again, I would like to have knees worth having when it is all said and done! I have looked at the Manduka mat but it seems so thin, yet is recommended for this sort of thing. I have also looked at a thicker one on matsmatsmats.com, and that one is also a bit larger. Thanks in advance
