Hi,
I've had my ansanity for a year now, and I have not touch it, due to giving birth and nursing. I'm looking into starting the workout soon, what are your thoughts and what kind of results did you get? I have lost all my weight just looking to lean out, I don't know if I will be able to comit though. I love to run and do weight training and the thought about just forget about it makes me put it off longer!
Just wanted to chime in quick because a couple weeks ago I did the entire Insanity 60 day system and really really loved it. I was unsure at first as well, but I think you'll find that it's really not as tough as some make it out to be. Reason being, if there is a move you can't do, or find your self risking form, Shaun T himself will tell you to take a break or modify. You really have to watch your form otherwise you're going to end up with an injury. If I came across a move that was too 'insane' I would modify or,, just do the "Heisman" in place of that move.
To be honest, I didn't like the month 1 dvd's as much as I did the month two DVD's. SOO,,now I am roating month 2 work outs back in.
If anyone is interested, this is the rotation I have set up.
Mon: Insanity-Max Interval Cirtuit
Tues: Insanity-Core Cardio & Balance
Wed: Insanity-Max Cardio Conditioning
Thursday: my OFF day
Friday: Insanity-Max Interval Plyo
Saturday: Insanity-Core Cardio & Balance
Sunday: Insanity-Max Interval Circuit.
Everyother Friday I will work in a Cathe work out instead of Max Interval Plyo just to mix things up a bit. Cathe has really good leg work outs that can easily take the place of Max Interval Plyo ( Lo-Max , IMAX3, and KPC Legs & Glutes for example )
I am a cardio freak so these were a direct hit for me. As far as results: I trimmed up a lot in my mid section, got rid of the bulk in my thighs ( that came from too many weighted squats & lunges) and my endurance is at it's all time highest !
I don't think you'll be disappointed !
