Good Morning Peeps.
DH didn't get home from work until 9pm last night and is out the door already this morning to work a full day. Gonna be just me n the kid today. We'll be going to the gym for my run in a couple hours and then home for a shower n lunch and off to the park again this afternoon. I hope it's nice again today. We were there y'day late in the afternoon and it was lovely!!!
So I got on the scale this morning and my jaw dropped. I lost another 1/2 a pound since mid-week! I'm not complaining at all, just quite surprised. Sooo, if this holds that means that as of right now I've lost just about 3 pounds this month! Sean T. is my idol!!!!!




I HAD to take measurements after I looked at the scale. Since the beginning of the month my waist is down 1/2" and my legs are each down 1/2"! Am I happy? Yeah! You could say that! LOL On the other hand, my BF is still floating around the same # (it's not too high but I would love for it to drop back to where it was post X!) but I promised myself I wouldn't get upset about that right now so I'm not going to! 
Diana:: Glad you've maintained the strength in your legs. I've decided that I do not like what strength work outs do to my legs. They make 'em bigger, not smaller-I must build muscle very easily in that area-and my legs are already naturally big enough. I may do strength for legs once in while for short periods to change things up but I think from now on I'll be sticking to mostly endurance/plyo training for them. BTW, I wrote to you in my last post last night but I don't think you saw when you logged on and posted so go check it out!
