Good Morning Y’All!!
CCB is done and haven’t done this one since RW since I’ve been subbing MIST for it. M2 has helped me with that last round of hip flexor & shoulder burners since I was able to get through them much easier than in RW. CCB is really that perfect workout to go to when you don’t really feel like doing a workout, but still want to work up a sweat
Dawn ~ Waking up hungry makes for an extra tough morning workout. Do you drink coffee?
Brenda ~ CONGRATULATIONS on your last day in the asylum!!!! How do you feel?
Colleen ~ Did you get to go out to dinner?
Regina ~ Hope your DH joins the Insanity craze because my DH has enjoyed it. He even lost 14lbs which is surprising because he is in great shape and I never knew he even had 14 lbs to lose?? His body got more defined and looks like the guy in the UB weight workout (forgot his name), but maybe that’s why I like that workout so much I forgot to add that another result of Insanity for me is the most obvious - a greatly increased cardio capacity, which I’m anxious to take onto my other workouts. Truth be known that prior to Insanity I was enjoying the less cardio, more weights theory. Insanity pushed me to do the most intense cardio consecutively (just about every day) in a concentrated (2 months) time period, which I had not seen since my running days over 7 years ago so it was a true wake-up call. I really could go on & on about how much I love this program, but I’ll stop here
Becky ~ Do you listen to music when you run? That was my favorite part of running was to just put my headphones on and zone out
Marinanne ~ It’s wild how your body will adapt to M2. Yep, those football drills are tough. I’ll be around the forums - I’m addicted
Sandra ~ I agree with all the upper body work included in M2. I didn’t expect it in this program, but am pleasantly surprised
Have a super day everyone!!!
