Good Morning Y’All!!

MIP is done and it worked me hard - I got the pukey feeling :( I also noticed that my hamstrings and obliques were especially sore this week.

Dawn - hope your back on track with your sleeping. Are you ready for M2?

Colleen - hope you feel better soon. Way to push on through PC!!

Sandra - please take care of that lower back. DH cooks?? Lucky you!! :D

Happy Saturday everyone I’m off to have some fun with DDs

I see y'all are keeping up the INSANITY!!! Woo hoo!!! :D:D:D

No INSANITY until Monday, but today was a 5k race. I was slow, 29:59 but I'm okay with that. I learned a lot of good things to use for future races!

Off to ice the foot and stretch!

Have a great weekend everyone!!!

Good Morining all,

I did my final RW workout CCB. I stopped there since I'm reserving energy for fit test 3 tomorrow. :) I found doing my left side first on the hip flexor burners allowed me to do a better job on my left side, since it does not seem as tight as my right yet I still did about the same on my right side.

Colleen, I hope you were stuffy from allergies and you're not coming down with a cold :(. How did your pt go? I did CCB 4 times. I was planning on 3, so I impressed I was able to do it that extra time. I subbed IMAX2 on one of my days and I really enjoyed that.

Sandra, I hope your back is feeling better. I read your post on The End of Overeating in the OF. Let me know what you think of it as you read through more of it. My Sony E-reader arrives on Monday and I'm looking for something to load it up with.

Jennifer, Did you drink too much water to quickly? Sometimes that will upset my stomach.

Becky, WTG on the 5K. 3miles in less then 30 minutes seems like a good pace to me.

Happy saturday everybody
^^^5s to Becky for the 5k. I love that length race.... fun, doable and easy to track personal best times and compare to other 5ks. Under 30 minutes is a great time.
Today was Max Intensity Cardio and it I did do better this time around. i was actually able to do those darn football sprints dropping into low plank hopping up into football sprints without cathcing my toes on the carpet: something I was a little concerned about since my rug burn from the first time I did this exercise isn't quite healed. I had to go a little bit slower on this particular exercise, but my form is improving so I am a happy camper.
i got the deluxe dvds (there are more than a few enablers on these boards) and I plan on subbing the sports drill workout for MIP this week. I will probably do Insane abs on the recovery workout day this week instead of my usual upper body workout. Month 2 has enough chest/bicep/tricep work for me, I just need to add in some back work sometime. Kudos to those doing STS during this, I don't believe my shoulders would have been able to take both at the same time... you ladies ROCK.
