Hello Everyone- I hope that your week end was enjoyable.
I did MIST today for the first time. I am glad that I attempted this one after completing my rotation of Insanity. I really enjoyed it but I could not imagine subbing it for CCB. MIST seems so much more difficult than CCB.
Roselyn- I did not follow the menu plan, but I eat fairly close to the plan all of the time anyway. I eat 5 small meals daily and that seems to work for me. I actually dropped one dress size while doing Insanity. I did not lose any weight but I was not trying to either.
Mariane- last week of Insanity!!! Just keep pushing!! You are so close!
Brenda- My legs also slimmed down during Insanity. I am sure that it was all of the Plyometirc leg work. I am going to continue to incorporate the Insanity Plyo movements into my routine. I completed two 3 month rotations of STS. I enjoyed Meso two legs and my legs firmed up more from Meso two. I am in the second phase of P90X but I am thinking that I will now use Meso two legs instead of Tony’s leg workout.
Annette- Until last year I also did all of my strength training on my own. I also own all of Cathe's DVD's. I too purchased them during presales and most of the weight workouts I have only done once or twice. After I complete P90x, I am going back to my own weight workout. I use to train for triathlons and power lifting competitions so I needed to do my own workouts. After I stopped all of the training for specific events, I found it difficult to stay focused so I turned to DVDs.
