MCC is done and I’m not sure if I will ever be able to get through that one without any breaks, but it looks like most of the crew cannot either
Marianimal - WELCOME!! I was able to get through each of M1 workouts without taking a break (at least once) HOWEVER let’s define taking a break. As I learned the workouts I learned how to pace myself, so sometimes I was not going as fast as the crew and at a very slow pace Also, you’ll notice that the rotation sometimes puts 3 workouts in a row and the workout on that 3rd day just wore me out. You will definitely be ready for M2 once you’ve completed your rest week. M2 has more of a strength focus and the exercises are a bit different, still challenging, but in a different way. As I mentioned above, today was my 2nd time doing MCC (in M2) and I may not make it through this entire workout without a break, but I will try I think this program will always be at my challenge level, but that's a good thing
