Good Morning Ladies.
Today's work out will be MIP. I have been up since 5 so I am going to try to make it happen early. This remains to be seen though since I didn't get in bed until 11 last night and didn't fall asleep until probably closer to midnight.
So all of my good intentions yesterday went to hell! LOL I did about 1/2 of MR y'day morning before I had to get Joey to school. I intended on finishing it before work but got lazy and never did it. Then I thought I'd finish it last night but got busy doing other stuff and so that never happened either! OOPS! Then! To top it off I had 2 drinks last night! One Twisted Tea Light and one Yingling beer (not light either!
). Thankfully though, when I got on the scale this morning it was nice to me despite my sins. 
Okay, let me get this posted and I'll BRB with personals!
