Inputting leg weights

Hi I'm still doing my 1RM testing and I know that for upper body I input the amount of one dumbbell versus the total of both but what about for the lower body like squats and lunges with dumbbells. Do you total the dumbbell weight or still put in the individual weight in each hand? Does it really matter?

If you use dumbbells, put in the weight of 1 dumbbell. The 1RM you get back will be the weight you need for each dumbbell.
