I am inviting all those Hardcore Workout Users out there to submit their ratings. I was not around for the last rating done by Sabine, but I am keen to follow her great methodology.
So, please submit your rankings for the workouts itemised below using the a scale of 1-10 defined as:
1=Easy workout (beginner level)
5=Not too easy, not too hard (Intermediate level)
10=Intense workout (Advanced Level); has the "OH MY GOSH FACTOR" on the heart rate and/or body"
Workouts to Be Rated:
1. IMAX 3
2. Low Max
3. High Step Challenge
4. Muscle Max
5. Kick Max
6. Hardcore Extreme
7. Core Max
8. Gym Style - Legs
9. Gym Style - Back, Biceps, Shoulders
10. Gym Style - Chest & Triceps
When rating these workouts please also think about relativity to Cathe's other workouts, so that these results can be added to Sabine's original list.
