inner thighs

I posted this to Cathe as well but wanted to get as much input as possible.

Since starting Cathe's workouts, my inner thighs have started to "come in." :D However, the plie squat seems harder for me now (for some reason) as I feel like my legs go forward more than they should. I try to keep the tailbone tucked under and all but that's beside the point. I LOVE the inner thigh floor work and was just wondering what, if anything, can I use to target this area in addition to the moves in the workout. Maybe extra sets? Any other standing inner work???

Karen Voight has a workout video called Total Body Training that uses a resist-a-ring. The video REALLY targets your inner thighs... in fact, a reviewer on amazon called the whole video an inner-thigh workout.

Cathe also has nice inner-thigh exercise in Push Pull: you lie on your back, knees bent and feet on the floor, with the balance ball between your knees. You push your knees together for several repetitions.

Thanks from me, too! I have such a hard time with that area. I've finally gotten my outer thighs and butt looking good, but that inner leg area from my knee up just doesn't want to get firm!
