I posted this to Cathe as well but wanted to get as much input as possible.
Since starting Cathe's workouts, my inner thighs have started to "come in."
However, the plie squat seems harder for me now (for some reason) as I feel like my legs go forward more than they should. I try to keep the tailbone tucked under and all but that's beside the point. I LOVE the inner thigh floor work and was just wondering what, if anything, can I use to target this area in addition to the moves in the workout. Maybe extra sets? Any other standing inner work???
