Since starting your workouts, which are all just the most awesome things EVER, my inner thighs have started to "come in."
However, the plie squat seems harder for me now (for some reason) as I feel like my legs go forward more than they should. I try to keep the tailbone tucked under and all but I don't feel like I'm getting the true work for the inner thigh. I LOVE the inner thigh floor work and was just wondering what, if anything, can I use to target this area in addition to the moves in the workout. Maybe extra sets? Any other standing inner work???
