Could you please give me a suggestion on how I can tone my inner and outer thighs? I am 5'7 and weigh 123#. My upper body is very toned and well defined. However, I would really like to define my inner and outer thighs. My quads and lower part of the hamstrings do have some definition. I do cardio 5 - 6 times a week and lift weights 5 - 6 times a week (I use your videos - I have most of them.) I eat "almost" a clean diet, usually cheating on the weekends.
