Injury

I was getting ready to start week 5 of XTrain 90 day rotation when I ended up with a rib injury. Nothing broken, but really bruised and sore. Because of the injury, anything that hits my core right now is too painful so after being down for 4 days I've started a comeback with just some easy cardio. Where does this leave me with my rotation? If I'm able to start back up by say, next Monday, I'll have lost a little over whole week! Should I start over, pick up where I left off and ignore the date on the calendar, or just pick up where the calendar says I should be?

Thanks for any advice!

So sorry to hear of your bruised ribs luv2hike! Bruised ribs can a take a while so its hard to say when exactly you'll be back in usual action. If you only lose a week of the 90 day rotation, then yes, just jump in where you left off and continue on. But your proper healing along with proper recovery time is obviously so much more important than the rotation itself. Please make healing your priority and then when you're back in full action you can make a better decision as to whether to start back in or just start over. You can't go wrong with either decision so make sure to choose the one that feels right. Good Luck!
