Initial Review: Kickbox Cardio and BC Cardio+Bis/Tris

I really enjoyed this one because its quick, I felt the burn in my upper body and core and it was FUN!!!! There is NO dread factor with this workout at all! I definitely will use this one alot! I am always looking for quick 30 mins cardio portions to add on to a 3 mile jog or to do before or after weights - this one is great! I loved it - no negatives for me......I did not do the Leg portion yet because I had just got done doing Barrys Bootcamp Legs and Butt the day before - -

BOOTCAMP CARDIO and BI'S and TRI'S!!!

Fun Factor - 10 - I loved it!!
Difficulty - toss up - 8.50-9?? Once I get my weight markers set up at the right distances and the equipment changes down, I will really be able to focus and give it my all - plus I LOVE NO NONSENSE CARDIO!

My favorite is the LAST drill - that one kicks booty!!! LOVE IT!!!!Plus I also loved the "suicides" - crazy I know but that is fun!

My least favorite drill was the run around the step and 7's - it just wasn't difficult for me - so I am subbing for "high knees" next time and/or maybe those "squatting in and out jumping jacks" from Barrys Bootcamp - - }(

The weight work on Bi's and Tris -

Difficulty: 8.5-9?? Again I may need to go heavier, but I am sore today :)
Fun Factor: 10

Positives: I enjoyed the challenge of the heavy weight in the first few rounds and I also enjoyed the addition of the band use and the stability ball ( those tricep dips are killer, BUT I figured out how to position the ball - that is a challenge )

Negatives: I wish there was abwork on there as a bonus, but its not like I don't have a million ab selections.....

Overall I will enjoy this series I can already tell - it gets things done quickly and there are tons of ways to use this dvd - Overall rating is a 10!!!
