I have lost alot of weight and in the process have read alot of information.My ultimate goal is to be very fit not just slim.I would like to know if I were using your videos what would you recommend as far as when should I do cardio and when should I weight train and for how long?I'm bottom heavy and would like to be a bit more proportioned. Can you Please help me?Also I would like to become a certified instructor in the long run any advice?
