Hi, ladies!

I'm doing some preliminary market research on women in the fitness business. I would really appreciate your feedback on these quick questions! This will help me pinpoint what the needs are for women in the fitness business. THANK YOU!!

1. How long have you been in the fitness business?

2. Are you working part-time or full-time?

3. What are the biggest challenges in your business right now?

4. Do you believe the situation of the current economy is affecting your business?

Hi, Sandra!

Thanks for your question. To clarify, I want to determine what women fitness business owners need the most so that I can assemble the perfect team to help their business succeed. Our mission is to encourage these inspiring women build, grow, and manage their fitness biz so they can continue to change the lives they touch.

Cheers!

Hi. I am a self-employed PT and run my business out of my home gym.

1- 3+ years officially
2- Part time only because of my children (new baby this year) but previously was about 45 hours per week. Currently 30 hours per week.
3- My biggest challenge is clients not taking responsibility for their part in the results (weight-loss) process. Assuming that I am a miracle worker - much of this is due to the Biggest Loser and peoples' unrealistic expectations because of that show, no matter how much I educate them. Not being accountable when it comes to exercise on their off-days from me as well as watching their diet when I am not around to help them. Things like this.
4- For the most part, I am not affected by the state of the economy. I have a solid base of clientele as well as a waiting list.
