Individual muscles

I have a question.. I luv my new DVDS. the kickboxing DVD I doesnt work anyway..


Are there any workouts that have 2 muscles only
similar to Slow and heavy.. chest and back.. or legs and shoulders
ect..?????
I am not real thrilled with the timesaver.. i dont like step!!


the supersets look great and push and pull

i cant wait to get the replacement for my kickboxing dvd!

The only one would be legs and glutes. All the others are total body workouts.

the sereies I believe cross training does 1 body part per day
There is tape ctx upper body not sure if it comes in DVD but you could just seperate it into 5 days or 3 and do 2 parts per day Or you could do the upper body portions on the timesaver using the workout blender
