In your honor, I am eating a little more peanut butter this month thanks to the inspiration of my Cathe calendar for November! Yummy! :9 I have thoroughly enjoyed this calendar. It has been a powerful visual inspiration and has helped me track my workouts and see patterns and progress. Believe it or not, August has the most empty spaces. It took me several weeks to get back on track after the mountaintop high of the Road Trip. I am looking forward to receiving a new calendar and continuing my fitness journey with you in 2008. :)

I started the November rotation Sunday morning and was so happy to see a place for Stretch Max this morning. I have been wanting to enjoy it since I flipped my calendar. The soothing stretches felt so good the morning after Kickbox and legs! I am looking forward to having fun with LIS in the morning. Yippee! :7
