IN the "ultimate guide to Cathe's workouts"

I noticed the MIC workout is listed in the "other" section.

Can someone explain what type of workout this is? Most of the other workouts in this section are kickboxing. Does MIC involve a lot of kicking or would you consider it "high impact"? I am looking for workouts that are high intesity without being extremely high impact.

It's "other" because it's a mix of hi-lo and step - you get two workouts on that tape. They are both tough - great cardio workouts - you can either do the entire thing for a solid hour, or split it up (I often tack on a 1/2 after a short weight workout - rarely do it the entire way though). I LOVE the hi-lo, but it's pretty high impact (there are sprints of high knees, tons of plyo moves, etc). I haven' done the step in quite a while, so I can't remember what that's like - typical Cathe step, is my vague memory (which means awesome, but most likely high impact).

Do you have both KPC and KickMax? I love both of those. Also, while I haven't done it yet, LoMax is supposed to be an amazingly tough low impact workout.

I am looking for something more along the lines of lomax. I guess it's one of a kind in cathe land!
