In praise of Cathe's creativity!

I was looking at all my workout options from Cathe the other day (I have almost all her dvds) thinking 'Wow, the variety is endless.' And to think she is constantly coming out with new stuff like LMR2, even when dealing with a knee replacement! I love how she blends new moves with familiar ones, giving me a challenge yet not making me feel completely uncoordinated. She always seems to know what I crave although she doesn't know me.
I am so thankful that she offers preordering at such a good price, helping me with my budget. I have no problem waiting for the final product nor buying it "blindly." I know with Cathe's creative touch I'm going to love what she cooks up.
I just want to give an enthusiastic shout out to Cathe and her crew for all they do. Sometimes it's nice to hear 'Good job!' I encourage others to join me and share a positive note here.

Cathe collection is full of options..... Options are literally limitless. I do not believe collecting other instructors necessarily guarantee sticking to rotation. Neither does it guarantee any gains.

I am joining you to share positivity here. I am amazed by Cathe creativity.
Here below is one of my favourite move. I wish she revisit this move soon.
One leg slide lunge on a paper plate :)

I've been working out with Cathe from the beginning, starting with "Maximum Intensity Strength" and "Pure Strength" on VHS. Her workouts are the gold standard, in my opinion, in all of the video fitness industry. I've pretty much tried them all - name an instructor and I probably have them in my collection or at least tried it online or from the public library. I'll do rotations with other instructors (currently, I'm doing a rotation with The Firm, Jessica Smith, and Paul Katami - sounds weird, I know), but always come back to Cathe as my workout backbone. With Cathe, I know I can construct a program that is well-rounded, effective, and backed by the latest fitness research. While other instructors were putting out a constant stream of beginner/intermediate workouts, Cathe has always been the shining beacon for the serious exerciser. And she has always gone the extra mile to design valuable DVD pre-mixes and providing free rotations every month. It's pretty incredible. She has even made me like barre and pilates, which I previously hated. At this point, I don't need to know anything about her new workouts to know that I will like it. Her new workouts have been trending less intense over the last few years, but that's OK - we all need an easier day now and then, especially as we get older.

Still hoping she does a RWH2 though :)

Maybe this topic doesn't belong under "new and upcoming workouts"since, well, it's not discussing new and upcoming workouts.

I'll second a RWH2! I love OG RWH!! :D
That is my number one series after STS.

I love love love CLB. Got to love plyo

ETA : This below is a great suggestion. Hmm can Cathe knee take those plyo at this point:oops:
