Curious mind want to know.

Here's my art in pen, ink and pastels. The hair is a new form of art called doodling/zentangle. Hubby says it's an acquired taste. LOL!

Thank you for the compliments, Denise and Jean, that is kind.
Jean, no the bookmark idea has passed the expiration date. I don't remember now what the date was though. LOL I just now tried to find it with no luck. I'm not very organized. Can't promise anything, but if I come across it, I'll send it to you. PM me your address.

RapidBreath,
I love photography and water colors. If you have any photos of either one, please post them. Would love to see your work.

It's always nice to know what we (as a group) are doing besides exercising.

Interesting look to this work. What is your background influences?
I've been working in ceramics recently, taking a break from painting, frescoes and fabric work and I thought of this post yesterday when I unloaded and moved 15 boxes (50 lbs. each) of clay off a truck and up several stairs to my studio.
Who says one has to do art after they exercise? Whew!

Thank you marazoe for the links. If I recall the" last prediction date was April 6", and dmerz predicted "2015 or never", which of course we got the DVD's in 2014. I don't recall exactly when we got our DVD's , but do remember no one came close, the DVD's came later then anyone predicted. So I had no choice but not to send it to anyone. Wished there was a winner.

Sincerely,

Janie

Loneswaneast,

Background influences? Hmmmm I used to work at Duncan Ceramics based in CA at the time. Must have been in the late 70's early 80's. They sold molds, glazes, undercoats...my hands were the models for their magazines at the time. Before that I took a 2 year degree in Art from an advertisement from the TV. I'm inspired by lots of people, but was inspired by people who doodled/zentangled. I really like doing portraits so I wanted to mix them together and use the tangles as hair. Other people have realized the same potential as well, not only me.

Wow you are strong to be able to move 15 boxes at 50 #'s ea. and going upstairs with them. That's amazing! Very proud of you.

Take care, wish I was as strong as you,

Janie
