Funny name, just didn't know what else to call it. Had a broken toe and did what I could with exercising for six weeks and now that my toe has healed, ready more than ever to get in there once again to continue the journey of fitness. I'm still working on the nutrition thing.:rolleyes: If anyone else wants to follow along they are very welcome to join me. Would love to have the company.
