Improvement is the BEST motivation!

Hubby & I have been doing our little "interval hill" - run up the hill, walk down, run up, walk down. I've never liked running & was thrilled when we first tired this about 5 weeks ago that I made it all the way up the hill - only about .2 of a mile, but at about an 8% grade.

Yesterday I did Interval Max - never gone beyond interval 5. Yesterday I made it through interval 9! I tried to make it through 10, but I was whipped! Still, quite an improvement!

For the first time ever I actually feel that fitness is a lifestyle for me, not just a temporary thing to lose weight.

Cathe, you have been the most influencial person in my life as far as fitness. Thank you so much!

Thats so great to hear. You must have been on such a fitness high yesterday. Isn't that such a rewarding feeling? Keep up the great work
