Hi All, I just completed Mesocycle 1, disc 1. I can't believe how incredibly well my target weight (based on my 1 RM) worked out. I was struggling (with good form) to get the last one or two reps of each segment. So if you are still on the fence about not doing a one Rep Max for each exercise, I strongly recommend you do. I did have to take an occasional extended rest after the push up segments. Also, extended stretch felt great.
