IMO, HIS is ALOT easier the second time around.

Hello Friends of the Forum.

That workout feels like 45 minutes packed into 30 easily. All the combos and the blasts went so much smoother than the first try.

So, don't give up.
 
The first time I was confused by combo #3.

Then the second time I went back with a vengeance and used the slow motion option on my rewinder and got it.

So yes re-do this workout and use the rewinder you will get it.

Now I love it and am having alot of fun with this workout. All the others I had no problem with.
 
I agree. I easily got the choreography on the second run - however I still just give the cardio segment a hesitant 6. I may need to increase my riser to get my HR back up where it normally is - even low impact step gets and keeps my heart rate up there higher?? Its totally weird!!!

but with HIS BEFORE Chest and Back - its perfect because I need all my energy for pushups and the HEAVY one arm rows which i LOVE!!!! By the end its the perfect combo!
