IMAX's choreography?

Hello -

I just started Cathe in June 2005 - My life has changed! Fitness is a priorty! I bought LowMax in September. I have mastered it! I love it! It is so much fun and so energizing! Being new to step which one should be next? Are the IMAX's choreography way too difficult for beginner stepper? I am really wanting to work on my endurance. What would you suggest?

Also - I do have a bum knee that gives me problems once in while - I put an icy-hot knee sleeve on it and I am fine.

Please let me know your opinion!

Thank you!!!

Imax was the second step tape I ever did - and it's very doable for someone not used to step "steps."

Actually the first IMAX has very simple choreography. IMO this is the toughest of the IMAXs--while the choreography is pretty basic, the intensity level is higher than the others.

The choreography gets more complex with #2 & 3. Three is definitely the most complex, but it makes it more fun.

one thing to note is that imax can be very high impact, so if you have knee trouble, keep that in mind. but i love the workout!

My first Cathe workout was Imax2/Cardio and Weights. It took me a few tries to get the right starting foot on certain moves and of course to get the straddle taps but they are incredibly fun workouts. I'm somewhat directionally challenged, if that helps!

Thank you! - I have actually been watching this video clip and I think it looks like lots of fun! I think I am going to get this one as well!
