IMAX3 Premixes? Has anyone done them ? Like them?

IMAX3 is one of my lonely DVDs. I did the workout once and that was it. 2 is so much better. But, I thought about doing the step workout premix then doing the blasts premix together.
Any input will be appreciated.

Actually, I've always liked the blast-only premix. It's a nice thing to pop in when I don't have a whole lot of time to work out but I DO have a whole lot of energy to burn off.

Well, when I'm feeling like a light cardio day I do the step only premix. You get a good sweat w/o working *too* hard - and it is so much fun you end up giving it your all. Enjoy!
 
Hi! This is one of my favorite workouts. Actually, I have never done the workout as is. When I first got the DVD I thought the choreography was too complex so I just taught myself how to do the blast only premix. I LOVE IT!! So challenging, yet, what a rush!! I combine the blasts only premix with drillmax (cardio blast) + BM2 (power circuit segment from cardiofusion) + HSTA (cardio only #5, #3, #4 repeated several times) This is an amzazing workout! Anyways, I would say learn the workout--so much fun!!
 
You know how some workouts seem to get more enjoyable after you do them a few more times? i think this is one of those workouts. imax3 was one that had to grow on me a little bit. I agree though, 2 is more fun, but it's not as intense a workout. I burn much more calories with 3.
 
It wasn't my night, I didn't connect with the step premix and had thought abuot doing the whole workout. I will give it another go maybe before New Year's. SB, I learned the routine from the step premix first and now that workout is fun. 3 is not the same story.
I will try again soon.
