Just a suggestion, but if you have knee "issues," I would not have IMAX2 on my wish list; It is very high impact. Personally, I don't think it is "easy" to keep this particular workout low impact. It's doable, but requires a lot of modifications. Thankfully, Cathe has a nice selection of low impact workouts that you can do without the hassle of having to modify. Put one of those on your wish list;-)
