No, I meant I would sub in Imax for CardioX. Plyo has more leg work in it. HTHmI like Cathe's cardio much better than P90x's but I still like P90's cardio.

I decided to do Imax 2. (just finished it! I love that workout)
I do like the idea Carol had about mish moshing Imax2 and Lowmax. I didn't even think of that I decided for Imax2 b/c my legs are still a little tired from a tough soccer game on sunday. Darn Doms!
DM cardio only might work, but if your UB is sore, I might skip the drill with the stability ball. If you have the new 4DS, you could do the cardio only DM and the 4DS Bootcamp cardio together. I think that would work nicely.
I was going to say that too, I did the DS w/ the kickbox + bootcamp cardio & that's a good one too! I love Tony's strength workouts but can't give up my Cathe cardio fix!! ;-)
