I know some of you had mentioned how much you enjoyed Imax Extreme. Well I gave it a shot and ITS GREAT!! I did 3/4 of the tape on an 8" bench and then lowered to a 6" for the last section. I know that Imax-2 #9 }( really gets my legs burning, and I wanted to give it my all so I lowered. I'll definitely reach for this one often. Those of you who haven't tried it....give it a shot.

Those of you who have tried it, do you use 8" or 6"? Just curious. I felt a little wimpy not staying with the 8" but I figure, hey Cathe is on 6" and looks awesome, so then I didn't feel so guilty lowering.

I would say use whatever height works for YOU! I use 10" on this workout as I do on ALL of my Cathe workouts and have been for years...but that's just me - I'm 5'7" and have very long and stretchy achilies tendons so that I can always step up and land full footed with no stress. 10" just gives me a more intense workout than 8"...BUT everyone is different! Just do whatever gives you the SAFEST (first) and most intense (second) workout. Love that Terminator! Don't you?

Imax Extreme is a lot of fun. I did it last week using a 6" step (<-I'm 5'0") for the workout and I completed the whole thing! I love C&W and Imax Extreme is even better!
 
I love Imax Extreme! I'm 5'7" but use a 6" step. I have had knee problems in the past so I can't go higher. But wow I love the terminator! They are all great workouts!

I use a 6-inch step. I love ImaxExtreme so much, I find myself reaching for it much more often than the two workouts it's made up of! :7
 
I use a 8" step when I do this one.As a matter of fact, I never lower my step for anything.All of the Terminator workouts are pretty tough.Right now I am doing the BFL program.I don't get for the runs b/c it is to cold out so I had been doing Imax 2.But yesterday I did IMAx extreme and discovered that the first 2 sections of this workout are as close to the 20 min aerobic solution as I am going to get.I only did half yesterday morning and I am going to do the rest tomorrow morning.
Thats the only thing about BFL that I am trying to get use to_Only doing cardio 3 days a week for 30 min at a time.I was use to doing all of Imax Extreme but at 7 in the morning half is just fine with me.:p
