Hi Cathe! I am a new fan. I have recently purchased Imax 3 and have a couple of questions. How long will it take me to master foot work and about how many calories are burned in the Imax 3 workout. I'm not new to exercise just to your videos. I have been wanting a new tape that's straight cardio and a challenge. Imax 3 is definately that, but I want to get the foot work mastered so I will be able to work harder. Sorry to hear about your recent injury and I look forward to hearing from you.
