Imax 3 Blast Only Premix

Has anyone done that blast only premix on Imax 3? I did it the other day and it just about killed me. I swear I just about died! I would never attempt to do this when I am running low on energy it takes all you got! So anyone else have comments about this killer premix?

Actually, the blast-only premix is the only way I do I-Max 3; I like to kick things off with the I-Max 1 warm-up, then HSTA cardio-only premix, I-Max 3 blast-only premix, Kick Max blast challenge, and Boot Camp cardio-only premix at the end. Did it just yesterday.

I always cringe a bit when it gets to the dreaded Interval 5 (The Plie Jacks From Hell), but after I polish that one off I know I'm good for the rest of the premix.

I like to do the warm up and first entire interval of Imax 3 (step, blast, recovery), then I do the Imax 3 blast only premix starting at blast 2. I then go immediately into Imax 2's blast only premix. I find that if I do Imax 3's blasts first, Imax 2's are easier to get through. I tried it the other way around once, and couldn't finish the workout!
