Wow I did this and it was tough....how long did it take you guys to learn the moves? Also where did you get your steps and how tall are they? I have an old school jane fonda step I think it is 8 inches...

Hi Lisa!!

It only takes a few times of practice to get all the moves down. Maybe 2 times in all?

Hi Lisa! I got my step from Sports Authority and I keep it at six inches. I could see where it would seem difficult to pick up the choreo in Imax2 because there is very little breakdown. Most of the moves are moves from previous Cathe step workouts, so if you're not familiar with her choreo, I can definitely see why it might seem difficult for you. Keep at it... you will get it! I've mentioned on here a zillion times, when I first started with Cathe, I couldn't even do the warm up to MIS! Keep at it and don't get discouraged, because in MHO, the fun factor of Imax 2 tops the list!:7

Hello Lisa,

I'm still learning IMax 2.

Today I was able to do intervals 1-7. I will admit this tape is hard BUT it is FUN to do!! :9 :9
