Hi everyone!!! Im a newbie both to this forum and to Cathe F.!!!
But, reading a lot about her in the past few days makes me want to buy my first DVD to try her out.
I used to belong to a gym for the past 3 years and would do cardio on machines and lately have been doing step.
So I would love a step work out plus a good toning dvd too!!!
I don't mind the intensity as im willing to stop and build my stamina along the way as I just recently stopped exercising a month ago.
Should I go with IMAX 2 or Body Max 2.
I really need a lot of motivation from the music and cueing so that I know that i will continue to do it.
I do have a step, ankle velcro weights, dumbbells, ball but don't have those resistance bands but has the figure of eight resistance instead
