Imax 2 or 3

They don't come any tougher than Imax 3. If you were able to follow it completely you would, indeed, be at the top level of fitness. There's complicated footwork with tough to follow cueing but what really makes it deadly are the loooong stretches of serious high jumping. I was so disheartened after trying Imax 3 for the second time I came here in tears, asking for advice. Everyone told me to drop down to Imax 2 and that Imax 3 was way too advanced for me. I never did get 2 because I pretty much cut out the cardio and began focusing on heavy weight training after that experience. Now that I'm starting to re-incorporate cardio I'm considering all the Cathe cardio dvds and Imax 2 is #1 on my wish list. You know your fitness level best. If you're extremely fit go for 3 and prepare to be STUNNED.
