It depends on which premix you did. Here are the four different premixes with the times:
1. Cardio and Compound Weights Only - 48 min
2. Time Saver Step(warm up, all the step segments and stretch)-36 min
3. Time Save Compound and Heavy Weight - 37 min
4. Time Saver Upper Body Heavy Weights - 18 min
I LOVE Cardio and weights too. Its one of my favorites. I hope my list is helpfup.
